Hoosier Park Racing & Casino Installs Kai from Acres 4.0

Las Vegas, NV (February 13, 2014) — Hoosier Park Racing & Casino in Anderson, Ind., recently became the second racetrack casino in Indiana to install Kai™, a new customer service and employee management solution from Acres 4.0. “Service is what makes or breaks a casino in our market,” said Todd Berendji, senior director of operations for Hoosier Park. “After seeing how much Kai helped improve customer service at our sister property Indiana Grand Racing & Casino we knew we had to have it, too.
