Hospitality and software production veteran to lead FCS activity in North America while supporting channel partners in South America and expanding company presence within the region. 

Cumming, Georgia - September, 23, 2014  - FCS Computer Systems (FCS), a leading comprehensive hospitality solutions and services provider, has announced the appointment of Cody Martin as Senior Director of Sales & Operations of North America, a move that places the hospitality professional with responsibility over all FCS North American operations, in addition to safeguarding the interests of FCS' South American partners. One of the latest global regions to acquire the company's industry-leading operational and guest satisfaction enhancing solutions via strategic partnerships, Martin will also be tasked with further strengthening awareness and availability of FCS innovations throughout South America.

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Martin has played a role in the unveiling of several industry-changing concepts, such as the introduction of some of the first hotel loyalty programs while employed with UniFocus. Martin is also credited with having been one of the first employees of Worktopia, an organization that formulated online software as a service (SaaS) geared to the hospitality market. He also previously served as Vice President of Sales and Development for a PMS company that caters to casinos and boutique hotels.
 
An expert with a unique mixture of experience in working alongside hotels as well as assisting in the development of software platforms for the industry, Martin's efforts have earned him significant praise and industry accolades, including recognition among the top 50 hospitality professionals in the United States. In his new position as Senior Director of Sales and Operations for North America, he is expected to become a valuable asset for FCS, given his network of professional connections and extensive knowledge of the market.
