Foxwoods Resort Casino is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Emmons to Vice President of Engineering and Projects.  In his role, Emmons will direct and coordinate overall facility maintenance, service repairs, rehab and cap-x construction projects.  Emmons will also play a key role in planning and strategizing facility upgrades and modifications in an environmentally and economically sensitive business environment.
