CEM's 2012 Hospitality Operations Technology (HOT) Awards

It’s getting hot in here! So if you company has a “hot” product, make sure you're a part of our third annual award series, the 2012 Hospitality Operations Technology (HOT) Awards. We’re looking for gaming industry technology providers that offer superior products that positively affect the interface between the casino patron and the casino resort staff.

Each company may nominate one product in each category (below), for a total of six submissions. All products must have been introduced to the market in 2011 or later and be available in 2012. If a product falls into more than one category, the company must choose which category they wish to submit in. Duplicate submissions in more than one category will not be considered. There will be one winner per category.

The six categories for nominations are:
1.    Employee productivity and efficiency
2.    Revenue generation
3.    Guest experience enhancement
4.    Self-service products
5.    Media and content management
6.    Internet services

All winners will be included in a story to appear in the September 2012 issue of Casino Enterprise Management, will receive a congratulatory plaque and the opportunity to be featured in a CEM podcast. We will also be providing a small graphic image that may be used in the company’s marketing materials, such as on their website or in advertising.

Nomination Requirements:
1. A completed nomination form (see attachment below).
2. A 500-1,000 word description of how the product/technology works, how it is an advancement, its benefits, and what you want our judges and readers to know (preferred format: typed Word document e-mailed to us).
3. A high-resolution image or logo of the product (preferred format: .jpg or .tiff, at least 300 dpi at 100 percent).
4. A $50 nomination fee per submission. See nomination form below for payment information.
5. (Optional, but encouraged) Additional supporting materials including brochures, white papers, video demos, press releases, etc.
6. (Optional) Client or expert testimonial about the new product’s capabilities and successes.

*By submitting your products in the 2010 Hospitality Operations Technology Awards, your company gives CEM the right to republish any printed materials or images submitted in conjunction with this year’s awards.
