This year at G2E Aristocrat’s show resembled a very glitzy construction site, complete with cranes and moving signs. The company showed off new features, new styles of game play and new games in hopes of convincing operators that now is the time to build for the future. This year Aristocrat Director of Marketing Doug Fallon says the company is offering, “A lot of really unique mathematic models, bet structures, to really reach out to different types of players.” Watch here to see demonstrations of Kentucky Derby (stepper-linked four-level progressive game), and Jeff Foxworthy’s Redneck Rumble. With fun and games in mind, Aristocrat is looking forward to next year, after a sluggish 2008 and 2009. Fallon says, “We’re obviously optimistic and hopeful that 2010 will be a major turnaround here for the industry.”
