Lottomatica Group Names Bugno CEO of Gaming Division

Lottomatica Group has announced that Walter Bugno has been named Chief Executive Officer of its Gaming Division. The division comprises the ATRONIC Group, a supplier of games, systems, and services to the international commercial gaming markets, and SPIELO, which specializes in the design, manufacture, and distribution of government-sponsored gaming machines, game software and central systems.

GTECH Signs Five-Year Extension with California Lottery

Lottomatica Group S.p.A. announced that its subsidiary GTECH Corporation has signed a five-year contract extension with the California Lottery to provide online/instants central system enhancements, new lottery products, and ongoing services.The five-year extension will commence on October 14, 2014, and is expected to generate revenues to GTECH in excess of $400 million over the contract extension term.

SPIELO Signs with American Gaming & Electronics for Illinois VLTs

Lottomatica Group S.p.A. announced that its subsidiary SPIELO Manufacturing ULC has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with American Gaming & Electronics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wells-Gardner Electronics Corporation, to distribute SPIELO’s prodiGi Vu™ Video Gaming Terminal (VGT) and game content to licensed operators in the new Illinois VGT market.
