Project Description: Aliante Station Casino is located on 40 acres in North Las Vegas, at Aliante Parkway and the 215 Beltway. It will be the area’s first hotel casino for the locals market. The contemporarily designed casino will house an arcade, food court and 24-hour Grand Café. In addition to a 16-screen movie theater, there will be a 700-seat showroom. Guest rooms will range in size from 400–1,500 square feet. The casino will have traditional slot and video games, table games, a Poker room and a high-limit room.
Exterior Highlights: Constructed with patina panels, Jerusalem stone cladding and green tinted glass.
Interior Highlights: High-end finishes, with wenge wood, granite, copper, pewter, onyx and rocky mist marble. Modern, with green and blue tones.
Amenities Offered: Four high-end restaurants, a Pancake House, a T.G.I. Friday’s, an entertainment lounge and a cinema. There is future space for bowling lanes and a salon/spa.
Other Features: Very similar to Red Rock, with a center bar, full race and sports book area, and two escalators.
Current Construction Phase: Core and shell are 95 percent complete, and interior finishes are 35 percent complete.

Project Description: When this $250 million destination, full-service Hilton four-star luxury resort opens in August 2008, it will be the largest resort hotel in New Mexico. A true luxury resort property, the Pueblo-style complex will include 391 guest rooms and suites with built-in fireplaces, plus a 79-unit extended stay hotel, a spa, wedding chapel, night club, sports bar, and restaurants. The complex, which will also include a major casino, will also have upscale retail shops, a convention center, an events center and a theater for live entertainment. The 92-acre site, located just north of Santa Fe, includes the magnificent Towa Golf Course, a 36-hole signature course designed by Hale Erwin. Guest rooms have timber-style ceilings, balconies overlooking the spectacular views, fireplaces and flat-screen plasma TVs, and will be accented with authentic Pueblo artwork that will give each guestroom a feel of its own.
Exterior Highlights: The exterior is authentic Pueblo-style design, and the rich landscaping will compliment the fantastic views of the surrounding mountains.
Interior Highlights: The interiors will celebrate the organic style of the Pueblos, accented with timber-styled ceilings, flagstone floors, mosaics and weathered pine furnishings. Public areas and guest rooms will display original Pueblo artwork, each piece carefully selected by the Pueblo’s governor, George Rivera.

The 43-story, $400 million hotel will feature 800 guestrooms and suites, and three residences modeled after chic, urban lofts. The debut of The Water Club will complete the Borgata’s $1.7 billion master plan development and allow more guests than ever before to experience the luxe lifestyle that defines Borgata.
