ACEME presents its series of podcasts featuring the latest in gaming law news from the International Masters of Gaming Law. This week: IMGL member Justin Franssen joins us from The Netherlands to discuss possible online gaming regulation, a major European Court of Justice judgement expected next month and a possible pilot program that could allow poker in sites other than the state-run casinos in The Netherlands. Franssen was recently listed on the Chambers Global Guide in which he is recognized for his work fighting state monopolies in The Netherlands.
