Interview By Sarah Klaphake Cords

ACEME presents its series of podcasts featuring the latest in gaming law news from the International Masters of Gaming Law. This week: IMGL member Mike Zatezalo joins us to talk about the latest happenings in Ohio. The state is looking to name the members of the seven-person gaming commission and set the rules for the four casinos expected to open in 2012. The legislature also changed rules regarding games of skill and expanded charitable gaming opportunities. Also, Zatezalo says there isn't much talk in the Ohio media about the November ballot issue that will decide the future of possible racinos in the state.
