This week: Justin Franssen joins us with an update on Dutch gaming law. The European Court of Justice recently made a judgement on cases dealing with i-gaming law. Franssen says i-gaming is "huge" in The Netherlands, even though it is illegal. There has also been a major shift in political leadership in The Netherlands and a new "remarkable" definition of poker from a district court there.

This week: IMGL member Mike Zatezalo joins us to talk about the latest happenings in Ohio. The state is looking to name the members of the seven-person gaming commission and set the rules for the four casinos expected to open in 2012. Also, Zatezalo says there isn't much talk in the Ohio media about the November ballot issue that will decide the future of possible racinos in the state.

This week: Mark Hichar joins us for an update on all things gaming from Massachusetts. The state is buzzing with gaming expansion talks, as the state's legislative deadline of July 31 nears. Listen now for the latest updates and news. Hichar is an IMGL member who practices in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

This week: International Masters of Gaming Law President Tony Coles joins us for an update on IMGL events, opportunities and publications. Coles tells us about the recent IMGL conference in New York and the new Spanish-speaking magazine, La Ley Del Juego, which launched this spring. Also, listen until the end to hear what one gaming law topic Coles believes everyone needs to watch at this time.

This week in Part II: After discussing the impacts the Rincon decision will have on tribal gaming in California and beyond, Dennis Whittlesey takes on the impact it will have on the financial community. Whittlesey also discusses the Wells Fargo case out of Wisconsin and why the two will have a combined effect on tribal financing. He believes, in short, money is going to cost more.

This week in Part I: Attorney and IMGL member Dennis Whittlesey joins us to talk about the Rincon decision in California and its impact on tribal gaming throughout the country. On April 20th, a three-judge panel for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled that California's Governor had illegally demanded casinos pay a percentage of slot machine revenue directly to the state's general fund.

Weber tells us who the major players are, what he expects to happen next and where there is room in the system for private companies from outside of Canada.
