With the combination of Tracy and Terry I feel we have a winning team,” said Tim Cope, president and CFO of Lakes Entertainment, which serves as the management company for Red Hawk Casino.

Annie Jones, chairperson, Shingle Springs Tribal Gaming Authority, added, “We were most impressed with Tracy’s results-oriented management style at Peppermill while also delivering a superior gaming experience for guests. “I want to thank the Shingle Springs Tribal Gaming Authority and Lakes Entertainment for entrusting me with the future success of Red Hawk Casino,” said Tracy Mimno, general manager of the Red Hawk Casino. “In just its first year of operation, Red Hawk Casino was named the top-ranked large casino in Northern California in a survey by J.D.
