McDonald Carano Wilson Welcomes New Gaming Law Partner to the Firm

Giordano’s practice focuses on the areas of gaming law, specifically publicly traded corporations and regulatory compliance, administrative law and procedures and antitrust law. Giordano served with the Nevada State Gaming Control Board as the first Chief of its Corporate Securities Division, where he oversaw licensing investigations and supervised the analysis and monitoring of publicly traded corporations associated with Nevada gaming licenses, among other responsibilities.
