Rotterdam, The Netherlands -- January 14, 2013 -- Gaming Support announced today that London Clubs International (“LCI”) is installing its ‘super roulette jackpot’ system with integrated casino signs in nine of its UK properties. LCI is owned by Caesars Entertainment and is one of Europe’s leading casino operators. The ‘super roulette jackpot’ system has been developed by Gaming Support, and currently works on electronic roulette machines. This jackpot solution includes a media system integrated into each overhead sign and incorporates the latest innovation in casino signs from Gaming Support – transparent signs – created especially for locations that do not want a room ‘broken up’ by signage. Another feature of the Gaming Support ‘super roulette jackpot’ system is its ability to link multiple properties together through its WAN (wide area network) capability.
“We were looking for a manufacturing partner to assist us in establishing our vision to be Europe’s leading provider of compelling, entertaining and innovative gaming products,”
stated Corey Plummer, Group Operations Director for LCI. “Gaming Support collaborated with us from the start to design and produce a product that is unique to this region and
one that we believe benefits our customers and their growing desires for fun and entertaining experiences.”
“London Clubs prides itself on delivering a unique combination of great service, excellent products, operational excellence and technology leadership,” stated Dave Collier, Group Slots Manager for LCI. “The Gaming Support ‘super roulette jackpot’ system ticks many of these boxes; it’s an excellent product that helps us deliver an even better service, it adds excitement to our floors, and it improves our floor performance.”
“We developed our ‘super roulette jackpot’ system to enhance the player experience on multi-terminal electronic roulette machines,” stated Floris Slingenberg, Director of Sales
for Gaming Support. “It is very rewarding to have our innovation and technology leadership recognized by such an outstanding operator as LCI. We are thrilled to extend
our working relationship with LCI, and look forward to bringing more of our innovative solutions to market in the near future.”
