London - Inspired Gaming Group (Inspired), the world’s leading supplier of premium virtual sports products, today announces the launch of the industry’s first virtual darts game for sports betting operators. Inspired is the sole provider of virtual sports and numbers games to the UK market since 2001 and is live in all UK bookmakers with its popular Virtual Horse racing events called Portman Park, Steepledowns and Sprint Valley.

Visitors to the BOS show for Independent bookmakers, to be held in Wolverhampton on Thursday 3rd October, will be the first operators to see the new Virtual Darts game in action.

Darts pro Adrian Lewis, currently number 3 in the PDC league, will be at the show promoting the new product and challenging visitors to take him on at live darts. There will be prizes for the highest score against Adrian and also the highest winning £10 bet placed on Inspired’s Virtual Sports via its new BetBOX™ BMS and EPOS system. Visitors can collect a £10 voucher from Inspired staff and place any combination of bets over any number of virtual sports events that day. The winning ticket will be announced at the evening dinner and will win an iPad Mini.

Inspired’s new Virtual Darts is a unique blend of real darts footage and CGI animation. As with all of Inspired’s virtual sports, the fixed odds on the eight available markets are displayed during a preamble before the event and the results are generated by a random number generator (RNG) and displayed using hyper-reality CGI footage with the event taking three minutes in total.

BetBOX™ is Inspired’s new Bet Management System (BMS) that allows any operators to take bets over the counter on all nine virtual sports as well as numbers games such as Bingo, Lotto and Keno. Crucially, it also allows operators to control their own margins and schedule of virtual sports events to provide a constant stream of betting content all day, every day or otherwise to schedule the virtual events as fillers when there are no real events available.

Also being exhibited on the Inspired stand at BOS, will be Inspired’s Storm B2/B3 machine with all the latest games, such as Diamond Goddess and Fiesta, and new marketing and rewards features, such as Fortune Code.
