NEW ORLEANS – July 21, 2010 – LuAnn Pappas, a leader within Harrah’s Entertainment for 25 years, has been appointed Vice President of Marketing for Harrah’s New Orleans.

LuAnn most recently served as vice president of marketing and non-gaming operations for Grand Biloxi in Mississippi. Prior to that, she held management positions serving as vice president of casino marketing for the Eastern Division, vice president of marketing and hotel operations for Harrah’s and Showboat Atlantic City and regional vice president of VIP marketing for Atlantic City. She began her career as hotel services manager for Harrah’s Atlantic City.

Christian Stuart has been appointed Vice President of Finance for Harrah’s New Orleans, after holding key domestic and international roles with Harrah's Entertainment.

Christian, a New Orleans native, started with Harrah's New Orleans as a senior financial analyst in January 2005. He progressed quickly into both manager and director level finance roles within the Gulf Coast Region as he navigated the operational and logistical challenges following Hurricane Katrina. In late 2007, Christian relocated to London, England for an opportunity with London Clubs International, a new subsidiary of Harrah's Entertainment, where he served as both a financial leader and as an operational club director.
