Yesterday, as part of the National Clean Energy Summit 2.0 held in Las Vegas, MGM MIRAGE welcomed the country’s energy leaders to tour CityCenter, one of the world’s largest green developments, highlighted by the Summit as a project contributing to the future of clean energy.
Those in attendance included Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid; Center for American Progress Action Fund President and CEO, John Podesta; Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Chairman, Jon Wellinghoff; Assistant Secretary for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy at the Department of Energy, Cathy Zoi; and White House Council on Environmental Quality Special Advisor, Van Jones.
The tour was led by Jim Murren, MGM MIRAGE Chairman and CEO; Cindy Ortega, Senior Vice President of Energy and Environmental Services; Bill Ham, Vice President MGM MIRAGE Design Group; and Alan Feldman, Senior Vice President Public Affairs.
