Full House Resorts Announces New Management Team

LAS VEGAS, March 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Full House Resorts, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: FHRI) is pleased to announce the following executive appointments, effective as of March 1, 2004:


J. Michael Paulson as Chairman of the Board
Andre M. Hilliou as Chief Executive Officer
Greg Violette as Chief Financial Officer
Barth F. Aaron as General Counsel


At the recent annual shareholders' meeting held last month, J. Michael Paulson was elected to the Board of Directors and Lee Iacocca and William McComas were reelected to the Board. At the Directors' meeting which followed, Mr. Paulson, the largest shareholder through personal holdings and holdings as a trustee, was elected Chairman of the Board.


Commenting on the appointments, Mr. Paulson said "I am most pleased to add these experienced gaming executives to our management staff. Their vision should add much needed emphasis on shareholder return." Mr. Hilliou stated that he is "proud to be able to add our sense of fiscal responsibility and ideas for additional projects and ventures to this company."


Andre Hilliou has been a senior executive in the gaming industry for 25 years. He worked at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City, then operated the Showboat Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City as Senior Vice President of Operations. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Sydney Harbour Casino in Australia, a billion dollar publicly traded company managed by Showboat, Inc. of Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Hilliou has recently been involved in the successful turn around and reorganization of various gaming companies.


Greg Violette brings vast experience as a financial officer in several different gaming environments. He has opened and operated a number of Native American casinos as well as privately owned casinos in Colorado and Washington. Prior to his experience in the gaming field, Mr. Violette served as a financial executive in the travel industry for a total of ten years with the Hertz Corporation and Northwest Airlines.


Barth F. Aaron is an experienced gaming attorney, admitted to practice law in Nevada, New Jersey and New York. Mr. Aaron has served as a Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, as General Counsel for several gaming companies including Aristocrat, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Australia's largest slot machine manufacturer, and as Corporate Director of Compliance and Risk Management for Penn National Gaming, Inc.
