Old Goat Enterprises Changes Its Name to Zone4Play Inc to Reflect The Company's Migration to Multimedia Applications Technology

RENO, Nev., Feb. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Old Goat Enterprises announced effective today that it has changed its name to Zone4Play Inc., which better reflects its core business -- the development of Multimedia, Cross-Platform Applications.

The company's OTCBB ticker changed from OGTE to ZFPI.

"Our corporate name change is essential for us to fully exploit our global standing. This move reflects the corporate move into the Multimedia Interactive Applications industry, while at the same time enhancing "Zone4Play," a brand that is already well established and a respected player in this field, with years of experience and proven success," said Mr. Shimon Citron, CEO and Director of the company.

"Aimed at providing our customers and end users with the ultimate experience, Zone4Play will continue exerting every effort and sparing no cost to provide the Interactive community with the most rewarding and memorable gaming experience on Mobile, Interactive TV and the Internet, using its unique single-user account orientation across all platforms with the addition of its superior back-office management, tracking, clearing and reporting suite of applications".

The company has recently acquired the Delaware based Zone4Play Inc. which gave it the ownership rights over Software Applications that are currently licensed to service and content providers worldwide. In addition the acquisition has also given the company a UK-based subsidiary that deals primarily with European Marketing and Distribution and, an Israeli-based Development Center currently employing some 30 engineers and administrative staff.

"It is our belief that Zone4Play is now finally at the position from which it can truly aggressively pursue dominance in the Interactive Multi-Platform Application market."

Zone4Play's target market is comprised of the interactive gaming and betting industry, which is heavily invested in cutting-edge technologies and gaming applications; a major customer attraction and a large revenue generator.

There is a general consensus among industry experts (Bear Sterns, Merrill Lynch, and Data Monitor) that revenues from Interactive gambling in the US, and European markets alone will reach over $13 billion by 2005.

Zone4Play focuses mainly on cellular networks and Interactive TV platforms where it can exercise its technological edge and offer service providers with unmatched product offering for their clients. Zone4Play focuses both on the Play-for-Fun market (available worldwide), and on the Play-for-Real money market, which is heavily regulated, and currently available only in the UK.

Total market available for Zone4Play is estimated at $US 1.4 billion in 2004, and management believes that this market will grow to US$ 10 billion by 2007.
