| 02/27/2004 - Atronic Systems - Dynamic Solutions, True Partners Just in time for the ICE Show in London, Atronic Systems has been announced as the new trading name for the system activities of the Atronic Group.
The go alive of Atronic Systems marks the final stage in a process that began in March 2003, when Atronic International bought the MIS Group with its subsidiaries MIS S.A.M. in Monaco and Grips Electronic GmbH in Austria. While the name Atronic Systems suggests a strong tie to its parent company Atronic International, the company's new vision which is summarised under the mission statement "Dynamic Solutions - True Partners" also reflects the determination of the new company and its employees to move ahead in strong partnership with its customers and distributors. In this area, Atronic Systems certainly benefits from the strong identity and excellent reputation of Atronic in the international gaming industry.
In addition to the new company logo Atronic Systems will also adopt the corporate identity of Atronic and will reflect this in their day-to-day business practices. The new website of Atronic Systems has already gone live and can be found at www.atronicsystems.com.
Atronic COO and Managing Director, Gerhard Burda, said: "The last eight months have been a period of transition for both the MIS Group and Atronic but we are delighted with how successfully the merger has gone. We have already experienced the advantages of working closely together and see the change to Atronic Systems as the last step in welcoming our system colleagues to the Atronic family."
"We are excited about being part of the Atronic brand," said Thierry Aiglon, Managing Director of Atronic Systems. "Whilst our products remain the core of the company (Dynamic Solutions) we will focus much more on the customer as well as customer service and support (True Partners), an area where Atronic has gained an excellent reputation."
Atronic Systems develops, sells, installs and maintains integrated casino management systems for both slot and table game operations. The company will continue to employ its three major brand names, Galaxis(TM) for customisable software modules, the proven Crystal Web(TM) hardware platform for slot operations and Golden Eye(TM) for various table applications. Anette Jauch, Director of Sales and Marketing stated: "We will continue to build on those brands, as well as looking forward to launching new products and creating new brands that continue to shape the landscape of the industry and reflect our mission 'Dynamic Solutions - True Partners' in a new exciting and reliable way."
