Daily Free Horseracing Promotion Partners Tropicana with Meadowlands Racetrack, Monmouth Park Racetrack and Freehold Raceway

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Tropicana Casino and Resort has partnered with three legendary New Jersey racetracks, Meadowlands Racetrack, Monmouth Park Racetrack and Freehold Raceway, for Atlantic City's hottest promotion, DERBY DAYS.

The promotion features six free races daily, slated for every two hours from 12 noon to 10:00 pm, on Tropicana's very own JUMBOTRON screen located in the main Concourse. Actual thoroughbred and harness races have been provided by Meadowlands Racetrack, Monmouth Park Racetrack and Freehold Raceway.


Guests will automatically receive one free race ticket a day, which is good for all six races, by visiting the Derby Days kiosks located in the Crystal Court. The race ticket will be imprinted with preselected winners of the six daily races with the possibility of more than 440* winners every day. If a race-goer has the winning horse in all six races on the same ticket in the same day, they can win over $500,000! As if this weren't enough, all race tickets, winning and losing, can be entered into the monthly Derby Days Second Chance Sweepstakes for a chance to win a new car and $10,000 in cash prizes.


Also featured during the Derby Days promotion is the Derby Days Slot Area just off the main concourse and the Crystal Court. Over 400 brand new slot machines, and multi-coin games, the Derby Days Slots boast Atlantic City's most comfortable and ergonomically correct seating area with footrests and smoke filters!
