(NASDAQ:CNTY) announced today that it has appointed Mr. Hein Olckers as the new Hotel General Manager for The Caledon Hotel, Spa & Casino ("The Caledon"). Mr. Olckers' responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of the 92-room hotel, two restaurants, two bars, the mineral hot springs facility, the spa, the conference facilities and the newly completed equestrian center.


Mr. Olckers has a professional and diverse background working for luxury hotels across the globe. Previously he was employed in various management capacities by, amongst others, Serenity Wellness Center, Winelands, South Africa; The Peninsula Beverly Hills Hotel, California, U.S.A.; Kruger Park Lodge, Mpumulanga, South Africa. He brings to The Caledon a wealth of experience in hotel marketing, sales and customer service.
