| 01/12/2004 - Pataki Won't Meet to Talk over Casino New York (Indian gaming) - Scott Rapp - Thanks, but no thanks. That's the message Gov. George Pataki has apparently sent to the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma, which is trying to build a $25 million bingo hall in Aurelius.
