Aristocrat Technologies, Inc., the United States subsidiary of global gaming leader Aristocrat Leisure Limited (ASX: ALL) today announced that it has amicably
terminated its joint development and licensing agreement with Mikohn Gaming Corporation (NASDAQ: MIKN) under which Aristocrat was to have supplied hardware for Mikohn’s licensed recurring revenue products in certain North American jurisdictions.

The two companies will also end the agreement in which Aristocrat undertook all the service, maintenance, and refurbishing of Mikohn’s gaming machines and table
games in North America.

“Aristocrat’s primary focus must be on our own customers and our core gaming and systems’ businesses,” said Gavin Isaacs, President of Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. “We will work closely with Mikohn to ensure a smooth transition of the service operations within the next 60 days.”
