MINEOLA, N.Y., Feb. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- KENILWORTH SYSTEMS CORPORATION ("Kenilworth") reported today that the United States Patent Application filed August 2000 titled "SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REMOTE ROULETTE AND OTHER GAME PLAY USING GAME TABLE AT A CASINO" was allowed by the United States Patent and Trademark Offices.

Kenilworth will deliver the live in-progress table game action to TV set top boxes, television cable providers, PC's and Roulabette terminals without any form of wire communication. The delivery of the games throughout the industrialized world, will be by one-way digital satellite transmission to jurisdictions that have gaming regulations in place.

Although Roulabette is not Internet gaming in the United States, Kenilworth proposes that players open prepaid accounts primarily at lottery terminal locations, using cash only, in compliance with the jurisdictions (states) and regulatory authorities for the broadcasting casino's minimum age wagering laws and pay winnings under the same supervision and controls in full compliance with the proposed Federal Internet Gambling Enforcement Act.
