| 04/30/2003 - Nevada Gold & Casinos Hosts Analyst Day at River Rock Casino HOUSTON, April 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (AMEX:UWN) announced today it is hosting an analyst day, which will include an overview and tour of the River Rock Casino in Alexander Valley, California, on the evening of Thursday, May 8, and Friday morning, May 9, 2003. The River Rock Casino is located in Sonoma County, approximately 70 miles north of San Francisco in the California wine country.
Nevada Gold & Casinos owns 69% of the Dry Creek Casino, LLC. The Dry Creek Casino, LLC was formed to assist the Dry Creek Band of Pomo Indians with the development of the River Rock casino. The Dry Creek Casino, LLC, is entitled to receive 20% of the net revenues (defined as 20% of earnings before depreciation and amortization, but after interest), beginning June 1, 2003, from the River Rock casino project for a period of five years.
