HOUSTON, Texas -- Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (AMEX:UWN) is pleased to announce effective May 2004, Tom Foley, former National Indian Gaming Commission vice-chairman and commissioner, is providing consulting services to Nevada Gold in its efforts to further develop its presence in the American Indian commercial marketplace, as well as aiding in the advancement of current projects.

Mr. Foley, a native of Minnesota, is a member of the St. Paul-Minn. law firm, Hamilton, Quigley, Twait & Foley PLC, concentrating his practice in administrative law, Indian law, government affairs and civil and criminal litigation.

President, CEO, H. Mr. Foley has distinguished himself as a public servant of the state of Minnesota and formerly served as Director of the Washington, D.C., office of Governor Jesse Ventura. In that capacity, he represented the state before the U.S. Senate, the House of Representatives and federal agencies. Mr. Foley presently serves on the Minnesota Metropolitan Airports Commission and served 16 years as the Ramsey County Attorney. He has also served as Deputy Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Corrections and as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Minnesota.

Mr. Foley holds both bachelor's and law degrees from the University of Minnesota.
