IGW Software Adds Phantom Fiber's Wireless Framework to its Product Suite

CURACAO, Netherlands Antilles, January 18/PRNewswire/ -- IGW Software, N.V., a subsidiary of Global Entertainment Holdings/Equities, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: GAMM), the on-line gaming software solutions group, announced today that it has signed a five year licensing agreement with Phantom Fiber Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PHMF), a leading provider of secure wireless technology and mobile solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, IGW Software will offer solutions for accessing mobile devices using Phantom Fiber's advanced wireless framework platform as part of its suite of online gaming products.

IGW's product suite includes a sportsbook, racebook and casino -- key products integrated into one back-office environment and augmented by IGW's unique series of value-added bolt-on products. These independent tools work as standalone modules, or work in conjunction with the company's core gaming environments, thus allowing gaming operators greater control to increase hold percentage and improve their rate of return. IGW's risk management suite, loyalty management engine, management information suite and other add-on modules deliver critical intelligence for gaming operators to make sounder decisions to increase the profitability of their on-line gaming business.

IGW Software's mobile solutions suite enables operators to extend their wagering service beyond the desktop PC or telephone through Java-enabled and browser-based phones in addition to mobile devices -- allowing them to market their wireless service to a global audience with access to mobile devices totalling 600+ models worldwide.
