SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Atronic Americas' new
headquarter facility in Scottsdale, Arizona was recently awarded the Best
Industrial Build to Suit of the Year Award by the NAIOP.
The Best Industrial Build to Suit of the Year Award commends the
outstanding building as recognized by the National Association of Industrial
and Office Properties, or NAIOP, committee of architects and builders custom
building. The committee awarded the Atronic building over its statewide peers
based on the facility's economic success in the market, design quality and
innovative solutions to development challenges, which included a casino-style
showroom, state-of-the-art manufacturing area and uniquely-designed office
space. Atronic's architect on the project, Patrick Hayes, was also named
Architect of the Year by the NAIOP.
