| 03/11/2004 - LaserLock Technologies, Inc. Signs Agreement to Provide Proprietary Security Technology for Lotterie BALA CYNWYD, Pa., March 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- LaserLock Technologies, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: LLTI) today announced that it had signed a preliminary agreement with Win Win Gaming Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: WNWN) wherein LaserLock will become Win Win's exclusive security technology supplier for all its gaming activities in China. Win Win will market, initially in the Shanghai region, LaserLock's patented, proprietary and licensed technologies to prevent gaming and lottery fraud.
The announcement was made by LaserLock Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Norman A. Gardner.
"The market in China is obviously poised for tremendous growth," said Mr. Gardner. "While the potential for lotteries and slot machines in China is large, so is the potential for fraud," said Gardner. "We are pleased to be a part of the solution and to take advantage of being involved at the initial stages of lottery and gaming development in this extremely populated area of China."
Win Win recently announced that it had entered into an exclusive agreement with Shanghai China Welfare Lottery to develop instant lottery games which are to be marketed throughout the Shanghai region, one of the more populous areas of China. LaserLock is a leading supplier of security solutions for the worldwide gaming industry. Its technology is used by casinos to protect playing cards, chips, dice and slot tickets and other media from fraud. LaserLock also licenses, exclusively for gaming, a technology developed by Pennsylvania-based Nocopi Technologies, Inc. which is used in protecting many types of printed media, including lottery and slot tickets from fraud, and which will form a portion of the China program.
