Many of the Sovereign Indian Nations throughout North America prefer this product over other manufacturer’s products because of the collated color booklets used to distinguish the different prize levels. Identify prize levels by booklet color; and the individual games by page numbers, eliminates confusion among players and workers. They can quickly see the prize levels that are played and paid. SMARTSCAN ™ is a product that uses bar coded labels, a hand held bar code scanner and computer software to allow a bingo hall operator to track serial numbers on collated booklets. The main benefit to using SMARTSCAN ™ is that regular Champion Line and Kings Line collated products can be ordered in any custom color rotation. Each bundle of paper inside a box will have a bar coded label attached that contains the individual serial numbers, number of pages and color rotation of the bingo paper booklets. Bingo King will provide a software program and a hand held scanner to your facility. This software is installed onto an existing computer in a bingo hall and will allow a hall manager to print a copy of the serial numbers being activated for sale at a given bingo session. The program also allows for the information to be printed out or to be saved to a file for archiving the information. SMARTSCAN™ will be in beta testing in the next couple months where we have incorporated the scanned label information ( Series, page color, and booklet rotation) into the verification program of the POWER PLAY 700XL and 500PL. When bingo is called – the caller will ask for the card number, enter it into the POWER PLAY and the traditional verification will transpire with one additional feature. The card shown on the monitors in the hall will have the serial number that was sold that night also on display. First time in the industry that a closed loop sale is displayed on the hall monitors. No one will be able to use bingo paper brought in from another game, or purchased at a different time – your bingo game is 100% secure! Pull tabs are paper game tickets known as Sealed Tickets, Tabbies, Instant Raffles, Pickle Cards, Club Tickets, Tear Opens, and Break Opens. Players purchase pull tab tickets and pull open the perforated windows to reveal colorful play symbols.
