Multimedia Games Names Patrick Ramsey Chief Executive Officer

Multimedia Games, Inc., reported today that pursuant to its previously announced review of strategic alternatives, Patrick Ramsey, who has served as Interim Chief Executive Officer since March 2010 and as Chief Operating Officer since September 2008, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer.

Multimedia Games Granted Louisiana License

Multimedia Games, Inc. announced that the Louisiana Gaming Control Board has granted the Company a gaming manufacturer and supplier license and granted approvals to members of the Company’s senior management team. This action begins the process which will allow Multimedia Games to sell slot machines to, or place them on a revenue share basis in, licensed riverboat casinos, live racing facilities with gaming devices and a land-based casino in the State of Louisiana.

Timothy S. Stanley elected to Multimedia Games' Board of Directors

Multimedia Games announced that at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, shareholders approved the appointment of Timothy S. Stanley to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors. Shareholders also approved all other matters brought before the meeting including the election of six current board members, the Company’s Consolidated Equity Incentive Plan and the appointment of BDO Seidman, LLP, as Multimedia Games’ independent registered public accountants.

Multimedia Games Names Ramsey Interim CEO

Multimedia Games, Inc. announced today that Patrick Ramsey, who has served as Chief Operating Officer since September 2008, has been appointed to the additional role of Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective immediately. The appointment follows the announcement that Anthony Sanfilippo has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.

Multimedia Games Reports Fiscal 2010 First Quarter Revenue of $26.3 Million

Multimedia Games reported fiscal 2010 first quarter revenue of $26.3 million compared with revenue of $28.6 million in the fiscal 2009 first quarter. First quarter fiscal 2010 revenue included approximately $22.4 million from gaming operations and approximately $2.0 million in revenue from the sale of 132 new proprietary units in the period compared with $26.4 million in revenue from gaming operations and no revenue from the sale of new proprietary units in the year-ago period.

Multimedia Games Nominates Stanley to Serve on Board of Directors
