INTRALOT Announces Agreement with OPAP S.A.

INTRALOT announces that it has renewed its agreement with OPAP S.A. for one year with an option to extend it for one additional year with a starting date July 31st, 2010. In the context of the agreement, INTRALOT will upgrade the existing technology infrastructure of OPAP and will provide technical support services, maintenance and operation of such infrastructure.

INTRALOT Enters Into Agreement for China Project

MelcoLot Limited, the Hong Kong listed company in which INTRALOT is a substantial shareholder, has entered into an agreement with the China Welfare Lottery (CWL) in the municipality of Chongqing, for the provision of INTRALOT’s LOTOS™ Horizon system and related services. The initial term of the contract is five years, which will renew automatically for five more years by mutual consent.

Ohio Lottery and INTRALOT Partnership Yeilds Record Sales

After a successful conversion to the INTRALOT system one year ago, the Ohio Lottery has posted a record sales year of $2.48 billion for the fiscal year 2010, a total that exceeds the previous year’s sales by nearly $70 million. The Lottery’s year-end transfer to the Lottery Profits Education Fund (LPEF) totaled $728.6 million - $26.3 million over last year’s transfer, and the second-highest profit transfer in the Lottery’s 36-year history.

INTRALOT Signs Contract Extension in New Zealand Until 2020

INTRALOT’s subsidiary in New Zealand, INTRALOT NZ Ltd, has signed a heads of an agreement with the Department of Internal Affairs for an integrated gambling platform that will complement the proven electronic monitoring system of 19,000 non-casino gaming machines until 2020. An integrated on-line system to manage all gambling activity in the country’s 1,470 pubs and clubs will improve the integrity of the gaming sector and the transparency of grants to the community.
