Flextronics today announced that it will expand its existing design, manufacturing, logistics and service solutions relationship with Citrix to include Zalaegerszeg, Hungary. Flextronics has provided design, manufacturing, logistics and service solutions to Citrix for more than eight years. Flextronics announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Stellar Microelectronics, a full service Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider based in Valencia, Calif., specializing in advanced custom packaging solutions utilizing the latest microelectronics technologies for the aerospace, defense and medical manufacturing markets. Stellar Microelectronics' annual revenue run rate is just under $100 million.

Flextronics today announced that it has expanded its existing manufacturing partnership with Lockheed Martin beyond printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) manufacturing to full system level integration.
