DiTronics
Jim Kirner, senior vice president of sales and marketing, said DiTronics is a multi-channel funding solutions provider. In other words, the company has a solution that goes right from the kiosk through all of the funding access requirements for both land-based and online customers.

The company was promoting two new products at the show this year: the DFS-200, an all-in-one kiosk solution that made its public debut at G2E, and Transaction Rewards®, patent-pending software that integrates Cash Access applications with a casino’s player database.

Kirner described the mood of this year’s G2E as cautiously optimistic. Operators are more open to hearing about new solutions and making the best investment with their limited budgets.

He noted that while DiTronics hasn’t aggressively focused on marketing in the past, the company is now actively increasing sales with greater visibility and awareness, and 2014 will be their year. As always, DiTronics is focused on the customer as the first priority and that principle is here to stay.

“The customer has always been king and creating solutions that help them win, well, that’s our business,” he said. “We remember our roots, remember the reasons for our success. We are where we are because we always remember DiTronics exists because our customers are successful with our solutions. Taking care of the customers and giving them the absolute best service that we can matters, and it’s paying dividends right now.”

“DiTronics only wins if our operator customers and partners win,” he added.

Gaming Capital Group (GCG)
As one of the largest customers of the gaming manufacturers, having purchased more than 11,000 electronic gaming devices over the course of the past seven years, Gaming Capital Group (GCG) was excited to be back at G2E. Melissa Cox, vice president of marketing, said the show is important to the company because a lot of its current customers attend. She also added the show is a great way to network and expand Gaming Capital Group’s business.

The company provides equipment financings, as well as a wide array of financial services to meet any and all gaming industry needs. GCG also has significant experience in the distribution and operation of electronic gaming devices. The company has provided nearly $600 million of capital for equipment financing, casino and hotel projects.

Gaming Capital Group continues to grow as it is looking forward to the future. In an effort to ensure customers are offered the best electronic gaming equipment in the industry, Gaming Capital Group has also started to distribute Class II devices.

In regards to the 2013 G2E show, Cox said “the show was awesome this year.” Gaming Capital Group’s booth traffic stayed busy the entire week.
