Bally Announces Appointment of Randy Hedrick as VP of Development

Gaming Veteran to Lead Development of New CanCan Casino Resort
George Toth, a business leader with more than 25 years of experience in the casino industry, is the new president and CEO of CanCan Development, LLC, a new world-class casino, resort and French-themed village located along the historic waterfront city of D’Iberville on the Gulf Coast. Before joining the project, Toth was president and CEO of the Mount Airy Casino Resort in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains. He began his illustrious career in the gaming industry in 1984, as director of purchasing for the Sands Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, and was eventually promoted to president and CEO, overseeing the entire operation. The 18-acre CanCan Casino Resort and the French Village will include a 60,000-square-foot casino with 1,800 slots, 46 table games and 16 live poker tables. GLI Australia Integrated into Submission Process, Announces Promotions, Authorized in Peru
Gaming Laboratories International announced that GLI Australia has been integrated into GLI’s powerful global submission process, setting in place a complete strategy with a new common database to help suppliers quickly enter the global marketplace. WMS Unveils New State-of-the-Art Office Facilities
WMS Gaming and Reno Mayor Robert Cashell celebrated the opening of the new WMS office facilities in Reno, Nev., on Dec. 10. The event commemorated the first new office building constructed in the Reno-area in over a year. Built on 3.60 acres of land, the new $11 million, 53,038 square foot facility houses 80 employees, made up of WMS’s local sales and distribution, product development, systems development, WAP operations and gaming operations teams.
